• Room reservations will be made through DEKON Congress & Tourism
• Please make your reservations early, bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.
• Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00. If you would like to check-in before 15:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation

Requests for accommodation cancellation must be received in writing by the WCPCCS 2025 Registration Secretariat (DEKON)via e-mail to registration@wcpccs20125.org.

• In the case of any room cancellations (cancellation of the total stay) until July 15th, full payment will be refunded after deducting 1 night penalty charge.
• In the case of any room cancellations (cancellation of the total stay) after July 16th, no refunds will be possible.
• In the case of any room night modifications (partial cancellation for some of the nights only) until July 15th, full payment after deducting any bank charges will be refunded.
• In the case of any room night modifications (partial cancellation for some of the nights only) after July 16th, no refunds will be possible.
