The Ninth World Congress in 2025 will have a scientific programme that can aptly be represented by five ‘I's: Interdisciplinary, Interactive, Innovative, Inspiring, and Intense. Leaders in the field from all parts of the world will join efforts to develop an exciting programme that spans the full spectrum, ranging from clinical to basic subjects, common to rare conditions, disease to health, humanitarian programme to human footprint, real to unreal, and traditional core to cutting edge topics in developing and developed countries. There will be 18 tracks with defined course content, interdisciplinary mingling, interactive workshops, sparking debates, plenary sessions, pre-congress symposia, and oral and poster abstract presentations. Special topics include artificial intelligence and augmented reality, digital health and big data, innovative therapies from genes to cells, personalized paediatric cardiac care, and rare disease.
