ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The Scientific Committee of the 9th World Congress Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery now invites the submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The programme committee reminds attandees that the material deemed appropriate for presentation should have the following characteristics:
- Original and new scientific work
- Chosen abstracts will be presented as a poster presentation
- Outstanding abstracts will be considered for oral presentation
Abstracts may be submitted to one of the following 24 categories:

ABSTRACT PREPERATION
Abstracts submitted must adhere the following specifications:
- English is the official meeting language, all abstracts must be submitted in English only.
- First, you need to create a user in the online abstract system. Only after creating your account, you can submit an abstract.
- Please enter Name, Last Name, Title/Position, Department, Affiliation/Institution, City and Country of all authors. Ensure that all authors' information is included and entered correctly.
- Select the presenting author and submit presenting author's contact information correctly. Make sure to indicate the email of yourself and the presenting author correctly, as all communication regarding the abstracts will be made through the owners and presenting authors.
- Select the abstract category amongst the above listed 24 categories.
- Select your preferred presentation type amongst the options Oral / Poster / No Preference. Chosen abstracts will be presented as a poster presentation, and outstanding abstracts will be considered for oral presentation. Please note that the Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation types according to the scientific program structure.
- Abstract title should be typed all in UPPER CASE. The title should define the topic and contain no abbreviations.
- Abstracts are to be authored, co-authored and must be limited to 300 words under the below-given four (4) headings:
- Background / Hypothesis
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- You may enter keywords as per your preference.
- Generic names for pharmaceuticals, biologic and medical devices should be used in place of trade names. Trade names should only be used if equivalent products from multiple manufacturers are being compared.
- Capitalize all trade names.
- Overly commercial abstracts will not be accepted.
- Do not include graphics or photographs; tables are accepted. Please upload your tables through the file upload section at the last page of the submission form.
- Submissions may have up to 10 authors and the presenting author needs to be selected in the system.
Please make sure to save your work before logging off:
You can save your work by clicking on the "Save abstract and submit later" button. After submitting your abstract, it is not possible to make any edits. If; however, you do not submit but save only, it can be edited and revised online as many times as needed before the abstract submission deadline of 2 April 2025.
SUCCESSFUL AUTHORS
Authors whose abstracts are accepted must register for the congress before 15 July 2025. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the programme.
